Owned and operated by Maria Porter out of California, Charlottesville Cupcake creates an original and delicious assortment of goodies.

Using organic and natural items, Maria selects the highest grade chocolate, creams and ingredients to create her line of Cupcakes.

Para is glad to welcome Charlottesville Cupcake every Wednesday @ 1 pm.

This month be sure to grab a ravaging March Madness cupcake - made with Guinness Chocolate and topped with Bailey’s Irish Cream icing. Yum!

A little update on our shop

It is 2010 now and we have been open almost a year and a half. There have been a ton of good things, lots of really hard things to learn and a couple bad things. The trend though is upward! Business is great, especially when the students are in session.

We are still in the midst of the holiday break for UVA, but are still open. Our limited hours are M-F 8am -4pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.

We will be open til 7pm starting the week of the 18th, as students will begin coming back then.

Para Coffee opened it’s doors to the public, “officially” on September 11, 2008. Our hours of operation are now M-R 7am-9pm F 7am-10pm and Sat 9am-10pm.
